For many women facing an unplanned pregnancy, gaining access to a free ultrasound to verify pregnancy and the life affirming truth it brings is more than a challenge, it‘s a near impossibility. Criss pregnancy centers (PRC’s) and other like minded ministries play a significant and active role. PRC’s represent the best current life centric option and the education and care a woman will receive is focused on parenting or adoption and most share the good news of Jesus. Their work in this area is incredible.
PRC’s have been the on the front lines of this effort but they are often constrained by the foundation beneath their feet and the walls that surround them. Many women, especially in more impoverished urban and rural environments may not have access to transportation necessary to bring them to a PRC’s front door. Like it or not, many in the community are aware of the PRC’s position and do not have an incentive to visit a PRC until they have made a choice for life.
That‘s where ICU Mobile, the pioneer and leader of mobile pregnancy center ministry, makes a difference in the lives of women all across the country and around the world.
